What you're paying for
- It moves, and it stars your server. Attacks spin through your own members' profile pictures before the weapon lands. Every box cracks open with its own animation. Real animations, not a wall of text.
- Your server, your economy. Your money, leaderboard and legends belong to your server alone. New members start level with everyone, not miles behind players from thousands of other servers.
- Fair, even for the owner. No command prints money or hands out gear, not even for admins. Admin tools start events everyone can play, on cooldowns, and whoever starts one can't claim it.
- Never pay-to-win. The server's plan pays for Red Box. Players can't buy cash, items or boxes, ever. Everything anyone owns, they earned or stole.
- Built to be played together. Casino tables the whole channel can join, crews with a shared bank, and server-wide events everyone races to grab.
- Shaped to fit your server. A setup wizard picks your channels, PvP hours in your time zone, the features you want and protection against alt accounts.
Before you buy
Is it really free during the beta?
Yes. Servers approved into the closed beta play free. In return we ask for honest feedback, sent with /feedback inside your server.
Is a plan per server or per person?
Per server. One plan unlocks Red Box for one Discord server, for everyone in it.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a page with the invite link and setup steps. The bot unlocks your server within about a minute of the payment clearing. If you typed your Discord username at checkout and you're in our server, you also get the Premium Server Owner role and a DM with your invite.
What if I cancel or a payment fails?
A failed payment gets a 3-day grace period. If a plan ends, the bot leaves your server, but its game progress is saved: subscribe again and everyone picks up where they left off.
Why is Founders Lifetime only until full release?
It's our thank-you to the servers that back Red Box early. Once Red Box is fully released, it stops being sold. If you buy it, it's yours for good.
What is the premium lounge?
A private channel in the Red Box Discord server for everyone whose server has a plan: ask anything, see what's coming early, and swap notes with other server owners. Type your Discord username at checkout (and be in our server) and the role is given to you automatically. Pro Max owners also get a priority support channel and a private line to the developer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Buy the new plan for the same server and it takes over straight away. Your old subscription is cancelled for you so it never bills again, and your server keeps all its game progress. If you own Founders Lifetime, it stays underneath: if Pro Max ever ends, your server goes back to Lifetime instead of losing Red Box.
When can I get Pro Max?
At full release. Until then, join the waitlist in our community server and we'll tell you the day it opens.
How do Pro Max perks work?
They switch on by themselves once the payment clears. /branding style sets your colour and name tag, /branding bot gives Red Box your own name, avatar and banner in your server, and /switch turns single commands off. Your activity report comes by DM after every season wipe.
What are the custom items?
Three items per item category (weapons, armor, pets, drinks and so on), made once with you and only found in your server. Each one is a reskin of an existing item: your name, your look, your description, the same stats. So your server gets its own identity without anyone getting an unfair edge.
Can I switch off gambling or drugs?
Yes, on every plan. /setup → features lets any server switch off the casino, drugs, alcohol, and smokes and vapes. Pro Max can also switch off whole game systems (town events, trading, duels and more) and any single command.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 13 days of any payment. Type /refund in Discord (or email info@1300studios.com) and we'll refund it in full. A refunded plan ends right away, and your server's game progress is saved if you come back. After 13 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
